Integrations FAQ

What connects today, and what does not

None of the CRM or helpdesk integrations on this page are available yet — it is a roadmap, and it says so at the top rather than in a footnote. What exists today is signed outbound webhooks on call and message events, plus export of calls, contacts and transcripts.

Anything that reacts to a call or a message: writing an outcome into your own system, raising a task, updating a dashboard. Events are signed, so your endpoint can verify they came from us rather than trusting the request.

Tell us which one and it counts towards what gets built first. The roadmap page is honest about what is shipped, what is next and what is not planned, and the order does respond to what customers ask for.

Yes. Contacts come in, and call records, contacts and transcripts export whenever you want them — no ticket, no negotiation, and no dependency on an integration existing first.

Need something that is not here?

Signed webhooks can carry call events into anything today. Tell us what you need next.
