SMS terms

These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent by the CallVend messaging program, operated by Grey Expedite Logistics (Private) Limited, Office Number 25/11, Ground Floor, Civil Line Road, Opposite Shifa Medical Center, Station Chowk, Jhang Sadar, Jhang, Punjab, Pakistan. By opting in to receive text messages you agree to them.

What we send

• Verification codes — one-time passcodes when you sign up, sign in or confirm a sensitive action.
• Account and service alerts — notifications about your account and service, such as missed calls, voicemail, billing and service status.
• Promotional messages — product news and offers, sent only if you have separately agreed to receive marketing text messages.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number in the CallVend application or on this website and agreeing to receive text messages — for example when you request a verification code or turn on SMS alerts. Consent to promotional messages is separate and optional, and is never a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your account activity and the alerts you choose to receive.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages we send; your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To start receiving messages again, reply START or turn SMS back on in your account.

Messages sent by CallVend customers

Businesses also use CallVend to send text messages to their own contacts from their own numbers. Those messages are sent by that business, which is responsible for collecting your consent and honouring your opt-out. You can reply STOP to any such message to opt out of messages from that number.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
