Fair use policy
What “unlimited” means in practice, written down before it matters.
Last updated 22 September 2026
Unlimited plans are unlimited for normal business use. This policy explains what that means in practice, so nobody is surprised by a conversation about their account.
What is normal use
A seat used by one person during their working hours, dialing lists your business has a lawful basis to contact. Concurrency is expected to be roughly proportional to your seat count.
What is not
- Sharing one seat between several people on different shifts.
- Automated dialing at a concurrency far beyond your licensed seats.
- Sending traffic through the platform on behalf of a third party without our written agreement.
- Any calling pattern that generates carrier-level complaints or spam labelling across your number pool.
Compliance is yours
We give you the controls — recording disclosure resolved per market and played automatically where notice is required, consent recorded against each call, an append-only audit trail, and configurable retention. Using them correctly for the jurisdictions you dial is your responsibility, and doing so is a condition of using the service.
How we handle a problem
We contact you first. In almost every case an account is fixed by a configuration change. We only suspend without notice where there is an immediate legal or network-integrity risk, and we tell you why the same day.
